Here is what you do during a tournament of only 7 games: You walk 6400 feet per tournament including 40 warm up shoes 160 deep knee bends each time you pick up your shoes 320 swings of arm as you release the shoe. 20 tourneys per year. 128,000 feet or 24.3 miles 3200 knee bends 6400 swings of your arm. That’s not including league nights, and normal practices. If you include 400 shoes per week practice and league then you’re getting quite a workout. Much more than a poker game, darts, or many other games would give you!
