Information provided here is for the enjoyment of pitching competitive horseshoes. Join us . Pitching for all ages, bring the whole family! Some of our club members pitch at other clubs on a weekly basis. There are 22 clubs in Northern California with which we are affiliated. The Northern California Horseshoe Pitching Association (NCHPA) is a charter member of the National Horseshoe Pitching Association (NHPA) The club has members of all ages from 6 to 80 yrs. old (+ or -). There are free instructions for all beginners upon request. The facility is owned by the City of Tulare and open to the public. All we ask is that you maintain the courts and leave things as you found them. We have 10 courts with sand pits, and full length concrete walkways. The club has been in Tulare since 1980 or before?
